The Group Partners office is located at 14 Clanbrassil Street in Dundalk, Co. Louth — a short walk from Dundalk railway station and easily accessible from the M1 motorway. We're open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with reduced hours on Fridays until 17:00. For technical support queries, the fastest route is the in-dashboard chat widget, which connects you directly to the engineering team during business hours. For sales, partnership, and press enquiries, email is the right channel — we respond within one business day and we don't route initial enquiries through a sales automation sequence.

Authenticated users on any paid plan can open a support chat directly from the dashboard. Messages during business hours (09:00–17:30 Mon–Fri Irish time) connect to an engineer within 15 minutes on Growth and within 60 minutes on Scale. Outside hours, messages queue for next-morning response.
