How API Call Counting Works
Every authenticated request to the Group Partners gateway counts as one API call, regardless of whether it resolves through the REST or GraphQL interface. Sandbox requests do not count against your monthly quota. Calls that return a 4xx error due to a malformed request on your side are counted; calls that return a 5xx error originating on our infrastructure are not counted and are automatically credited. Quota resets on the first calendar day of each month UTC, and you receive a dashboard notification when you reach 80% and 95% of your plan limit. On the Growth and Scale plans, overage is charged at €0,0001 per call rather than a hard cutoff — your service stays live while you decide whether to upgrade.
Pricing Questions Answered
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you retain access to your current plan's features until that date.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment on Starter or Growth — both are month-to-month. The Scale plan can be taken monthly or at an annual rate, which carries a 15% discount. Annual contracts are billed upfront.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
We offer a 40% reduction on the Growth plan for companies under two years old with fewer than ten employees — apply via the contact page with a brief description of your project. Registered non-profits can apply for the same discount on either Growth or Scale.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus SEPA Direct Debit for EU-based companies on Growth and Scale plans. Invoiced payment terms (30 days) are available for Scale plan customers on request.
