What the Platform Actually Does

Group Partners is an API-first infrastructure platform delivered as a set of composable services. At its core, the platform manages three concerns that slow down almost every growing team: identity and access management, structured event routing between services, and observable data pipelines with built-in schema validation. You connect your services to the Group Partners gateway, configure your access policies in a declarative YAML file or through the dashboard UI, and the platform handles token issuance, event fan-out, and schema drift detection from that point forward. The median time from first API call to a fully instrumented production deployment is under four hours, based on onboarding data from our first fifty customers.

Platform Capabilities in Detail

Each module ships with full documentation, a versioned changelog, and a dedicated status page — so your team always knows exactly what it's running.

Identity and Access Management

JWT and API-key issuance, OAuth 2.0 flows, role-based access control, and session management — all configured from a single policy file. Supports multi-tenant architectures with per-tenant key scoping and audit trails that write to your existing log sink or to the Group Partners hosted log store.

Event Routing and Webhooks

Reliable delivery of structured events between your internal services and external destinations. Configurable retry policies, dead-letter queues, and event replay from a 30-day history window. Every outbound webhook is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so receiving services can verify origin without additional infrastructure.

Schema-Validated Data Pipelines

Define your data contracts once in JSON Schema or OpenAPI format and the platform enforces them at ingestion, flagging drift before it reaches downstream consumers. Validation reports arrive in your dashboard in real time and can be forwarded to Slack, PagerDuty, or any webhook endpoint you configure.

Observability and Request Tracing

Per-request trace IDs propagated across all platform services, exportable to OpenTelemetry-compatible collectors. Latency percentile charts, error-rate breakdowns by endpoint and key, and a configurable alerting layer — all available from day one without deploying a separate monitoring stack.

Native Integrations

Pre-built connectors for Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and a growing catalogue of developer tools. Each connector is maintained by the Group Partners team, versioned independently, and tested against the provider's sandbox on every platform release so you're not debugging integration regressions on a Friday afternoon.

Designed to Grow With Your Architecture

The most common inflection point for growing engineering teams isn't the initial build — it's the moment six months in when the architecture that made sense at launch starts to create friction. Group Partners is structured around that reality. Each service module exposes a stable API contract guaranteed for a minimum of 24 months, and deprecations are announced with a minimum 90-day notice period alongside a migration guide written by the team that made the change. You're not locked into a major version upgrade cycle to keep receiving security patches — critical fixes are backported to the two most recent major versions automatically. When your team is ready to scale horizontally, the platform's multi-region routing and per-region data residency controls are already there, waiting to be switched on.

Microservices event-routing architecture diagram

“The schema validation pipeline saved us from a genuinely bad incident in our third month of production. A third-party data provider changed their payload structure without notice. Group Partners flagged the drift within seconds, the dead-letter queue held the affected events, and we had a fix deployed before any downstream system noticed. The replay feature then reprocessed the backlog cleanly. That sequence of events would have been a two-day incident on our old stack.”
